PUBLICATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION

All conference participants will receive a digital Book of Abstracts containing summaries of submitted papers. The organizers also anticipate the possibility of publishing selected research results in a scientific monograph published by ANS AS Scientific Publishing House.

Information for authors

Submissions in the form of abstracts will be evaluated and, once accepted, assigned to one of two presentation formats: oral presentation (paper) or poster presentation. 

Abstracts must be submitted in both Polish and English.

Conference participants have the opportunity to publish their scientific articles in renowned scientific journals cooperating with the event:

• Articles submitted for publication must meet the editorial requirements of the selected journal.

• All articles are subject to standard peer-review procedures in accordance with the policies of the given journal.

• The conference fee does not include publication costs. Any publishing fees are determined individually by the journal editors.

• Detailed information regarding editorial policies, deadlines, and fees can be found on the websites of individual journals.

We encourage you to prepare scholarly articles that expand on the topics presented at the conference and to take advantage of the opportunity to publish in prestigious journals by collaborating with our event.
